That is why we back our jewellery with a full 24 month Guarantee from your date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Repair work completed in our workshop carries a 6 month guarantee from the date it was returned to you.

HOW IT WORKS
◇ Customer Repairs & Maintenance
If your piece requires repairs or maintenance during the guarantee period for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect, those costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
◇ Genuine Defects
Should a genuine defect in materials or workmanship come to light within the guarantee period, we will make it right. Depending on the nature of the issue, that means a repair, a replacement, or a refund — whatever is appropriate.
◇ Making a Claim
To make a claim, simply return the item to us along with your original receipt or acceptable proof of purchase, and we will take care of the assessment from there.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following fall outside the scope of our Guarantee, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation:
◇ Everyday wear and tear, including oxidation or broken chains
◇ Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or neglect
◇ Repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than Pronoia Diamonds
◇ Theft, loss, or disappearance of any kind, including lost gemstones
◇ Any form of use that causes damage or deterioration
◇ Lost, chipped, or damaged diamonds and gemstones
We genuinely care about protecting your investment, and we strongly recommend taking out personal insurance — just in case the unexpected ever happens.
Pronoia Diamonds reserves the right to assess whether any of the above exclusions apply to a claim.

A NOTE ON RHODIUM PLATING
White gold and some silver pieces are rhodium plated to give them that beautiful bright finish. It is not permanent, and will naturally fade with wear, so it is not covered under the Guarantee. That said, we are happy to re-plate your piece complimentary within the first 24 months of purchase.

REPLACEMENT PIECES
If your item is replaced under the Guarantee, your replacement piece starts fresh with its own new 24 month Guarantee from the date it is handed back to you.
