4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Placing an Order
By placing an order with Pronoia Diamonds, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) selected. A contract between us is only formed once we have confirmed your order by email and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

6. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
For bespoke or high-value commissions, a deposit may be required prior to work commencing, with the balance due prior to delivery. Full details will be confirmed in writing.

7. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke and custom-made pieces are crafted specifically for you. As such:
• Deposits paid on bespoke orders are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not made to the agreed specification
• Any changes to a bespoke order after confirmation may incur additional charges
• Lead times for bespoke pieces will be communicated to you at the time of order

8. Delivery
We take the utmost care in packaging and dispatching your jewellery. Please note:
• Delivery timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control
• Signature upon delivery may be required for high-value items
• We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, please contact us directly

9. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a ready-made item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation
• Custom, bespoke, and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show signs of wear or damage
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

10. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for the item to be assessed and, where appropriate, repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Certification & Authenticity
Where a diamond or gemstone is supplied with a grading certificate, this will be clearly stated in the product listing. Certificates are issued by independent gemological laboratories and are not a guarantee of value. Pronoia Diamonds accepts no liability for any variation in independent valuations.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photography, copy, logos, and design, is the property of Pronoia Diamonds and is protected by copyright. Nothing on this website may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pronoia Diamonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
